This is a former guesthouse which has now been reconverted into a large (450m²) private residence, comfortably sleeping up to 8 people The living areas are on the upper 2 floors while the ground floor will be used by the staff. It has 3 ensuite bedrooms (of which 2 have huge private terraces), a massive double living room with its own large veranda, and a lovely big open-plan kitchen. The house is being offered with both a full-time maid and a doorman (no worries about losing house keys while partying!). The location is excellent, being a mere 5 minute walk from the traditional carnival circuit in Pelourinho, and 10 minutes taxi from either of the other 2 circuits (Barra and the Avenidas). It is close to the action but impressively quiet for the necessary rest periods.
