Description: This is my own home, a spacious, airy, well ventilated 13th story two bedroom/two bath apartment with spectacular panoramic views of the bay from both living room and bedroom suite. When you lie in the hammock (strung in front of the living room's bay windows) and look out over the water (the view takes in the Dutch fortress in the bay, and the lush park below) trust me, you can't help but feel the "tropicalismo". My apartment comes with stereo (I'm a musician, you won't be disappointed), TV, telephone (no long distance phone calls, please), and high speed internet access (bring your laptop).

Location: This location is about as central as you can get. It's right on the street (Avenida Sete de Setembro) that runs from Pelourinho to the beaches in Barra. And it is less than five minutes by cab to Pelourinho, the beach, or the Barra-Ondina Carnival circuit.
