Joachim's place is right in the middle of the Carnival action, down a flight of stairs from the Campo Grande-Castro Alves Carnival parade.  The street outside gets unbelievably packed with people.  The house patio is perfect for drinks or Carnival respite, and you can sit in peace with friends and listen to the trios as they pass on the street above.

This is an annex to the main house, with one bedroom, a bathroom, and a downstairs living area.

And the neighbor down the steps sells beer!
