  1. PAY BY CREDIT CARD: Bahia-Online utilizes Google Checkout for financial transactions. In order to make a secure online payment we will send you a link to the Google Checkout page for your specific transaction.

    PLEASE NOTE that there is a Google Checkout transaction processing charge of 3%     for U.S. residents and 4% for non-U.S. residents. This transaction processing charge should be added to your Google Checkout reservation deposit. For example, if your deposit is $100, then you would send $100 + $3 = $103 via Google Checkout!

  2. PAY BY DIRECT DEPOSIT: You can walk into any Citibank within the U.S. and make a deposit to our business account.  Please contact us for the relevant information.

  3. PAY BY CHECK: Within the United States a check may be made payable to Bahia-Online and sent:

  4. PAY BY WIRE TRANSFER: A wire transfer may be made to Bahia-Online's bank, Citibank in San Francisco. Please e-mail bluemoon@bahia-online.net for routing details.

    Please Note: ALL COSTS INCURRED FOR WIRE TRANSFERS -- AT BOTH THE SENDING AND RECEIVING END -- ARE THE RENTER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

    Domestic wire transfers cost approximately US$20 to send, and international wire transfers cost approximately US$30 to send. There may be additional charges levied by an additional intermediary bank, thus this payment method is only suitable for substantial sums of money.

Apartment Cancellation Policy

If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or more before the scheduled check-in date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the scheduled check-in date, the deposit is non-refundable.  However, a good faith effort will be made to rent the apartment.  If the apartment is rented, then 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

Please note that THIS CANCELLATION POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO CARNIVAL RENTALS!!! Reservation deposits in the case of Carnival rentals are paid to apartment owners and so may only be reimbursed partially in the case another renter is found for the apartment, at the discretion of the owner.
